This is a journalistic work with photographs and writing, conceived when we were still relatively new to Los Angeles and I was going through a bout of sleepless nights. This work helped me navigate the fatigue, using the repetitive dreams I was experiencing to repeat central motifs and molding my thoughts. There is still a distance, too, in the city where I hadn’t quite figured out my place in the network of Los Angeles. The omnipresent sun made for overexposure and added to the surreal sense of fatigue that was inescapable.

42 pages professionally printed by the wonderful folks at Conveyor Studio. Tennessee printmaker, Nick Satinover, printed a risograph binding and two color blended prints to go with the book, in an edition of 40 copies.
